Join our engineering team to build and scale our AI-powered lead generation platform. We're looking for a talented full-stack engineer who can work across the entire stack and contribute to architecture decisions.

You’ll work on challenging problems involving data processing at scale, real-time systems, and machine learning integration. Our tech stack includes React, Node.js, Python, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and deploy features across frontend and backend systems

Architecture: Contribute to technical architecture and make key technology decisions

Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive tests

Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance and scalability

Collaboration: Work with product managers and designers to deliver exceptional user experiences

Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth

Qualifications & Requirements Required Qualifications:

5+ years of software engineering experience

Experience with Python and backend development

Solid understanding of database design (SQL and NoSQL)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Strong computer science fundamentals

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with machine learning systems

Knowledge of microservices architecture

Experience with data processing at scale

Contributions to open source projects

Startup experience
