Salary: $18-$19 per hour

WHY THIS IS THE PERFECT SIDE HUSTLE:

  • Ideal for Extra Cash: This Part-Time position is perfect for someone seeking additional income during the evening hours.
  • Convenient Schedule: Work just 2-3 times a week from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
  • Competitive Pay: Earn between $18 - $19 per hour.
  • Independence: We value team members who are self-motivated enough to manage their daily tasks with little supervision.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

You will be the steward of our professional environment, ensuring our office in Unity, ME remains clean, safe, and functional.

  • Facilities Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of building interiors and exteriors to identify maintenance needs.
  • Repair & Upkeep: Handle minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, patching walls, and painting.
  • Janitorial Excellence: Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
  • Sanitation: Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas according to established protocols.
  • Safety & Records: Keep accurate janitorial records, including chemical safety data sheets.


WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

  • Reliability: Ability to maintain the 5:00 PM 8:00 PM schedule consistently.
  • Problem Solvers: Someone who picks up on technical needs quickly and adapts to new problems.
  • Physical Readiness: Capability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently, climb ladders, and handle repetitive motion.
  • Clean Record: Must have a standard Drivers License with a good driving record and pass a pre-employment drug screening.
