The Picklr is opening in Rancho Santa Margarita early July!
Position Overview
The Front Desk position will be in charge of customer service and completing daily tasks at the club. This person must be knowledgeable on all the offerings at The Picklr and able to effectively communicate with members and guests in person and over the phone.
Overall Responsibilities
• Handles check in process at the front desk
• Answers incoming phone calls
• Understands all membership offerings and ways to play at The Picklr
• Understands and is able to run all core programs at The Picklr
• Proficient with all club software programs (PlayBypoint, Aircall, Hubspot, Wingfield, SWISH, etc.)
• Provides excellent customer service
• Assists with club cleaning and maintenance
• Complete assigned Trainings on time
Qualifications
• Ability to effectively and clearly explain memberships and programming offerings at The Picklr
• Able to set up/explain/run all Picklr programs
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, and management
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient with basic club software (Playbypoint, SWISH, Aircall)
• Proficient with basic computer software (Word, Sheets, Excel, etc.)
• Handle basic operations (Cleaning, Restocking, etc.)
– Preferred customer service experience of 1-2 years
– Preferred knowledge of pickleball community and gameplay
Compensation: $17-20 per hour starting, depending on experience and role responsibilities
Picklr Hours: 6am-midnight 7 days a week
Shifts: typically 4-6 hours
