Job description

Dimensional Innovations is expanding our Alpharetta team and is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join us as Entry Level Marketing & Sales Assistants. This full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer service, client relations, brand awareness, and business development while working in an energetic, team-oriented environment.


No previous marketing or sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and professional development to help new team members strengthen their communication, customer engagement, sales, and leadership skills. As an Entry Level Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will work alongside our team supporting client marketing and sales campaigns, interacting directly with customers, increasing brand awareness, and helping generate new customer acquisition throughout the Alpharetta and greater Atlanta area.


Entry Level Marketing & Sales Assistant Responsibilities

  • Support daily marketing, sales, and customer engagement campaigns
  • Communicate directly with prospective customers in a professional and approachable manner
  • Introduce customers to client products, services, promotions, and available options
  • Build brand awareness and create positive customer experiences
  • Answer questions and help customers identify solutions that fit their needs
  • Assist customers throughout enrollment and onboarding processes
  • Support customer acquisition and account growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members on marketing and sales strategies
  • Track customer interactions and campaign results
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Available to work full-time and on-site in Alpharetta, GA
  • Reliable transportation to our Alpharetta office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and receive coaching
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to begin within approximately 2–4 weeks of receiving an offer
