This position is a good fit for someone who takes pride in clean work, shows up on time, communicates well, and wants steady part-time work with the possibility of growing into a larger role.

We are not looking for someone who needs to be babysat. We are looking for someone dependable, honest, and capable of working safely and professionally in customers’ homes.

Follow NEC code requirements and company installation standards
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on job sites

Preferred Experience

Residential electrical experience required
Journeyman license preferred, but a strong apprentice will be considered
Experience with panels, subpanels, EV chargers, heat pumps, HPWHs, and general residential circuits is a plus
Ability to read labels, nameplates, panel schedules, and basic electrical plans
Ability to work independently on smaller jobs or assist on larger jobs
Must be comfortable working in occupied homes
Must have basic hand tools
Must have reliable transportation
Must be dependable, clean, and detail-oriented

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Basic electrical hand tools
Ability to pass a background check if required for certain projects
Strong understanding of electrical safety
Willingness to follow company standards and job documentation requirements
Good communication skills
Ability to lift materials, ladders, tools, and equipment as needed

Schedule

Part-time to start
Flexible schedule depending on workload
Approximately 1–3 days per week to begin
Possible full-time opportunity as workload grows

Pay

Pay depends on experience, license level, and ability to work independently.

Apprentice range: $24.50–$32.50 per hour
Journeyman range: $32.50–$37.50 per hour

Higher pay may be available for someone who can run residential jobs independently, communicate well with customers, and produce clean, code-compliant work without constant supervision.

About Us

We are a locally owned residential electrical company. We focus on clean, safe, code-compliant installations and professional customer service. Our main work includes heat pump wiring, heat pump water heaters, EV chargers, panel/service upgrades, surge protection, and general residential electrical.
