Digital Neighbor, a Tampa based digital marketing agency serving law firms and high transaction businesses nationwide, is hiring a Client Success Manager.

The role

You are the relationship lead for a portfolio of clients and the main point of contact for everything they need. The core of the job is simple to describe and hard to do consistently: every client in your book gets a short, goal focused recap email from you every Friday, and you keep that cadence no matter how the week goes.

Around that, you host weekly and monthly check ins, lead Quarterly Business Reviews, deliver monthly performance reports, and translate what our strategy team produces into language clients actually understand.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship as primary point of contact
• Deliver the Friday recap email to every client weekly
• Host check in meetings and follow up with clear action items
• Plan and lead Quarterly Business Reviews
• Deliver monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Review and approve all client facing work before it goes out
• Track deliverables in Asana and maintain the client health dashboard
• Retain and grow revenue under management, identifying upsell opportunities
• Capture referrals, testimonials, and reviews
• Respond to client inquiries within 4 business hours on average
• Mentor junior team members

Qualifications

• 4 or more years in client service, account management, or marketing project coordination
• Track record of meeting or exceeding client satisfaction targets
• Intermediate knowledge of marketing strategy, SEO, PPC, and digital marketing
• Experience with Asana, Google Workspace, Agency Analytics, and CRM tools
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Comfortable leading client meetings and presentations
