Job Summary
Diamondback Industries is looking for a dedicated Assembly Technician to join our dynamic and fast-paced machine shop assembly team! We are seeking an energetic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and understands the critical role that teamwork plays in our success. As an Assembly Technician, you will be a key part of ensuring our products are assembled efficiently and meet the highest quality standards. Your ability to communicate promptly about any issues with quality or parts will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Job Functions
  • Precision Assembly: Assemble components into tools with careful attention to detail, ensuring that each product meets our quality specifications and standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of skilled assembly technicians, sharing insights and promptly addressing any issues to keep production running smoothly.
  • Quality Focus: Monitor and ensure that all products meet quality standards, immediately communicating any concerns or discrepancies.
  • Efficiency and Pace: Thrive in a fast-paced machine shop environment, consistently meeting or exceeding daily production quotas.
  • Work Environment: Perform tasks including packing and boxing materials, with light-weight lifting involved.
  • Additional Skills: Forklift experience is a plus, contributing to your versatility and value within the team.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
  • Ability to work a 9/80 schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Every other Friday may be a shorter workday)
  • Must pass Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) background
  • Production amp; Assembly Experience: 1-year (Preferred)
  • Ability to safely perform related physical demands of the role: lift up to 50 pounds, as needed
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines in a manufacturing environment
* Standard background check and drug testing is required before hire.
* Medical insurance is 70% less cost to employee based off national average
*Hourly compensation is determined based on your level of experience, work history, and knowledge of our industry.
