About the Role:
Join DI Construction LLC as an Assistant Jobsite Superintendent, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic construction environment and is eager to support our team in delivering high-quality results. This is a temporary position for this project only. Continued employment with DI Construction will be dependent upon performance, and location of future projects.
ASSISTANT JOB SUPERINTENDENT
Job Description
  • Work with Job Superintendent to stay on schedule. Review it daily to see where we are falling behind.
    • Work with Job Superintendent to contact Project Manager and/or subs to address
  • Maintain inventory list for each storage trailer
  • Combine and return storage trailers as soon as possible.
  • Assist with finding subs, if needed
  • Assist in daily purchases needed for from local home improvement stores
  • Assist with pre construction meeting with all subs
  • Move office into building at earliest convenience
  • Work with Job Super, Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager to send Owner report each week in a timely manner
