Job description

Salary: $25-$30

Developmental Associates, LLC, led by Carol A. Bline, Ph.D., Clinical-Developmental Psychologist, is seeking Psychology Aides to work with children and adults with developmental disabilities, specializing in individuals on the Autism Spectrum. This role will work under the direct supervision of Dr. Bline, with both full-time and part-time positions available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Use ABA strategies to provide one-on-one interventions.
  • Implement and support behavior plans across various settings.
  • Develop risk reduction strategies.
  • Educate and support parents/caregivers to enhance progress.
  • Coordinate with schools and agencies for comprehensive interventions.
  • Conduct in-home and community-based sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Professional license/certification from the Ohio Board of Psychology, Ohio Medical Board, or Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board, OR
  • Certification as a Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst, OR
  • Bachelors or graduate degree in Psychology and/or 1-3 years of relevant experience.
