  • Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Conduct pre-project site evaluations, feasibility assessments, and pre-mobilization planning to anticipate challenges before they arise
  • Serve as the escalation point for project issues across the PM team, providing decisive leadership and problem resolution
  • Lead post-project reviews, document lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes

Program Oversight & PM Mentorship

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and day-to-day mentorship to Project Managers, supporting their professional development and project performance
  • Review and approve project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments prepared by Project Managers
  • Standardize project management processes, templates, and tools across the organization to drive consistency and efficiency
  • Monitor the health of all active projects across the PM team, identifying risks early and intervening as needed
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff and CEO on workforce planning, project staffing, and organizational capacity

Logistics & Operations

  • Oversee logistics strategy for large-scale projects including equipment procurement, material transport, crew deployment, and vendor coordination
  • Manage transportation and disposal processes for recycled wind turbine blades, solar components, and other materials in compliance with environmental regulations
  • Coordinate with the Project Coordinator and field leadership on site sequencing, mobilization planning, and resource scheduling across concurrent projects
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies that reduce cost, improve timelines, and enhance project outcomes

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the senior client relationship owner for key accounts, maintaining strong partnerships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Lead client kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and project closeout presentations for major projects
  • Proactively communicate project status, scope changes, and risk updates to clients with clarity and professionalism
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for expanded scope, repeat business, and long-term client relationships
  • Represent Destructable in client, subcontractor, and regulatory stakeholder meetings as needed

Budget & Financial Oversight

  • Prepare, manage, and report on project budgets for a portfolio of concurrent projects, ensuring cost-effective use of resources at scale
  • Track project costs, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to protect project margins
  • Review and approve subcontractor invoices, change orders, and project expenditures
  • Provide financial performance reporting and forecasting to executive leadership on a regular basis
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and value engineering without compromising safety or quality

Safety & Compliance

  • Champion a zero-incident safety culture across all projects — set the standard and hold the entire project team accountable
  • Ensure all projects comply with OSHA regulations, environmental requirements, and Destructable's safety policies from mobilization through closeout
  • Review and approve site-specific safety plans, emergency action plans, and job hazard analyses for major projects
  • Collaborate with the Safety Specialist to address systemic safety trends and implement preventive measures across the project portfolio
  • Ensure all required permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals are secured prior to project commencement

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation across the portfolio including contracts, permits, schedules, budgets, and compliance records
  • Prepare detailed executive-level reports summarizing portfolio performance, project outcomes, financial results, and lessons learned
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership for process optimization, growth planning, and operational improvement
