What You'll Do as a Dock Hand
As a Dock Hand, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations at our waterfront facility. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with boarding and disembarking from boats.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dock area.
• Preparing boats and equipment for daily rentals and excursions.
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Monitoring and securing watercraft to ensure proper docking.
• Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed to keep the operation running smoothly.

What We're Looking For
No prior experience? No problem! We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and bring a positive attitude to the team. Here's what will help you succeed in this role:

• A strong work ethic and willingness to take on physical tasks.
