Digital Sales Manager

Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 plus quarterly bonus.

Responsibilities

• Works with sales managers to achieve revenue targets and capitalize on digital revenue streams of all types.
• Creates and manages internal systems and processes to keep digital products and offerings up-to-date, current, and competitive.
• Collaborates closely with vendors and all Pamal Broadcasting departments including sales, programming, and marketing to support their digital needs.
• Participates in in-person and remote sales presentations as required and supports digital sales presentations.
• Provides regular training and development to existing sales staff and new sales associates on digital products and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of media sales experience with a focus on digital platforms.
• Proven success in sales management, team coaching, and goal attainment.
• Direct experience with broadcasting.
• Ability to mentor sales reps and lead group training.
• Skill in using analytics tools to assess digital campaign ROI.
• Mastery of presentation tools and CRM software (Google Workspace, Salesforce, Tableau).
• Strong B2B relationship-building skills to secure new business.
• Talent for dissecting RFPs and creating compelling sales strategies.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
