Role Description The Retail Associate is available as a part-time, on-site role based in West Chester, PA. In this position, the Retail Associate will greet and assist customers, provide full brand and product information, while delivering a welcoming, customer-focused shopping experience. Associates create a unique and interactive experience with customers of all ages in the no-fee in store Playspace and participate in events held. Daily responsibilities include managing point-of-sale transactions, maintaining store cleanliness and merchandising standards, and monitoring inventory levels. The role also involves restocking products, assisting with visual displays, handling customer inquiries or concerns, and supporting overall store operations as needed.

• Ability to manage inventory, including restocking, organizing merchandise, and monitoring stock levels accurately.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Previous retail and customer service experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise.
• Strong ability to anticipate store needs and execute fine details.
• Ability to work individually and in teams.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a passion for art, fashion, child education, and curated products.
