Contract | Part-Time | Coastal South Carolina

We’re looking for a part-time photographer to assist with capturing professional real estate media for residential properties throughout the Coastal South Carolina market.

This is a contract-based opportunity that is ideal for a photographer who enjoys working independently, has a strong eye for composition, and wants consistent opportunities to build their portfolio and supplement their existing work.

What You’ll Do

• Capture high-quality real estate photography for residential properties
• Photograph interiors, exteriors, amenities, and property details
• Utilize bracketing/HDR photography techniques to capture balanced interior exposures
• Capture basic video footage for property marketing
• Operate a mirrorless camera confidently
• Work independently while following established photography standards and shot lists
• Travel to properties throughout the Grand Strand area
  

What We’re Looking For

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Familiarity with bracketing photography and HDR workflows
• Familiarity with real estate photography
• Basic understanding of camera functions, settings, and terminology
• Familiarity with shooting video
• Strong attention to detail and composition
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to scheduled properties
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to consistently meet scheduled appointment times
  

The Position

• Part-time, contract basis
• Flexible scheduling based on property assignments
• Primarily field work — no editing experience required
• Photography equipment preferred
• Drone experience is a plus
• Opportunity for consistent assignments as our media needs grow
