JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a full time experienced Oral Surgery Receptionist/ Personal assistant for our oral and maxillofacial surgery practice in Desert Ridge, AZ. Responsibilities include assisting the office manager with scheduling patients, verifying insurance, answering emails and phone calls and assisting the doctor during training courses with accomodating out of town doctors schedules. 
Job Requirements:
- Must have receptionist or front desk experience, Being a previous dental or oral and maxillofacial surgery dental assisting experience is a plus
- Experience with busy schedules. 
- Be a team player and have the abillity to multi-task in a fast paced environment

This is a full-time administrative position (Monday- Friday 8:15 m.-4:30 p.m.) with Wednesday’s as an administrative.
Required education: High school or equivalent, College preffered
Required experience: Dront Desk in Dental or Oral Surgery: 1 year
Required licenses or certifications: None
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
