Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ presenting issues, history, and therapy goals through a structured intake process.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and narrative approaches.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans, adjusting strategies based on progress and feedback during regular follow-up sessions.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential case documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring secure handling of sensitive client data.

• Participate actively in professional development by pursuing ongoing education and attending relevant workshops and conferences.

• Establish a supportive therapeutic alliance with clients that fosters trust and encourages the exploration of emotional and behavioral issues.

• Provide clients with practical tools and strategies to address life challenges and support them in navigating transitions with confidence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, ranging from individuals facing depression and anxiety to couples dealing with relationship conflicts. Our clientele also includes families seeking guidance in navigating complex family dynamics and children or adolescents needing tailored interventions for behavioral or emotional challenges. By understanding the unique needs of each client, you will adjust your therapeutic approaches to promote effective, lasting change.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly within a private practice or similar environment.

• Demonstrated clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, exhibiting empathy and a client-centered approach.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience working within a hospice or end-of-life care setting, partnering closely with clients, families, and healthcare teams to provide holistic support. Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and trauma-informed care approaches is highly desirable, as it aligns with our commitment to comprehensive client care.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000, based on qualifications and relevant experience.
