Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify presenting issues, medical history, and individual therapy goals.

• Provide evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy using suitable modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans, continuously evaluating and adjusting therapeutic interventions based on client progress.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of client sessions in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality is upheld.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed on best practices in the field of social work and mental health.

• Collaborate closely with clients to foster strong therapeutic alliances, promoting a safe and trusting environment where healing can occur.

• Provide practical strategies and emotional support to clients facing a variety of life challenges, helping them navigate transitions and stressors.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and personal growth challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.

• At least two years of clinical experience, preferably in a private practice or community health setting.

• Proficient clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and executing therapeutic interventions.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with empathy and relational skills to engage effectively with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing teletherapy or counseling services in a remote capacity.

• Engagement in continued education such as workshops, conferences, or advanced certifications relevant to social work.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
