Outside Sales Representative – Armed Security Services

$25/Hour Base + Unlimited Earning Potential + Company Vehicle + Benefits

Denver Metro Security is looking for a true field salesperson who understands security, knows how to walk into a business, start a conversation, identify a need, and turn that relationship into a long-term client.

We are especially interested in candidates with backgrounds in law enforcement, military service, armed security, corrections, construction site safety, or security operations who can bring that experience and credibility into a professional sales role. You already know what can happen when security is an afterthought. Your job is to help potential clients recognize the need before the incident occurs.

We provide a service built around protection, preparedness, deterrence and peace of mind. The right person can walk a property, recognize vulnerabilities, talk intelligently with a decision-maker, and explain how professional armed security can help protect their people, property and operations.

This is not an inside-sales desk job. Approximately 70% of your time will be spent in the Denver Metro area meeting business owners, property managers, contractors, facility managers, and other decision-makers. We provide a $25/hour base (approximately $52,000 annual minimum) but with uncapped earning potential through monthly sales incentives, we provide a company issued SUV, company phone/technology, benefits, 401(k) options, marketing support, and a monthly incentive program with additional earning potential.

We’re looking for someone who is:

·         Confident talking to strangers and decision-makers

·         Persistent without being pushy

·         Comfortable cold calling, walking into businesses, networking, and asking for the sale

·         Relationship-driven and excellent at follow-up

·         Competitive, resilient, organized, and self-motivated

·         Able to work independently in the field while maintaining a strong sales pipeline

·         Motivated by measurable results and additional earning potential
