Local Tech firm in need of a highly organized, task-oriented self-starter to triage incoming service request, schedule technical resources and manage day to day administrative tasks. This position works in close contact with your senior management team to keep our field technicians scheduled. Daily tasks include answering incoming client service and scheduling calls, dispatching tickets to technicians, scheduling client services, managing inventory items, ordering and daily reporting of client services.

This is mainly considered a desk job at a workstation for most of the day.

· Professional demeanor on the phone with clients

· Calm presence with stressed clients

· Strong personality to keep techs on task

· Must know the general idea of the location of cities throughout Oregon and SW Washington

Additional Skills desired that would great help vertical growth in this position:

· Project management and or team coordinating experience

· Basic understanding of general business profitability practices

Compensation:

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. Starting base rate $20-22/hr based on skill set with opportunity for rate increases based on performance. Depending on technical abilities will influence potentially higher hourly rate.  Performance review and potential rate increase after 90 days. Options for Roth IRA matching, health insurance available.
