Dent Cure

We are a growing auto body shop in Springfield looking for a motivated Auto Body Technician to join our

team. This is a great opportunity for someone with auto body repair experience who wants to expand

their skills into the high-demand field of Paintless Dent Repair (PDR).

This is not an auto body apprenticeship. It allows for PDR learning, however, auto body experience is absolutely required now.

What You'll Do:

• Perform traditional auto body repairs: dent removal, filler work, panel replacement and structural repairs.
• Prepare, paint and refinish vehicles.
• Inspect damaged vehicles and provide accurate repair estimates.
• Learn Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) techniques from experienced technician – including door dings, hail damage, and minor dents without body filler or paint.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Deliver high-quality repairs that meet or exceed customer and industry standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in auto body repair, collision repair, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and grow with the shop.
• Physical ability to handle tools and lift moderate weights.
