Role Description The Cleaning Specialist is a part time, on-site role ans is based out of Zimmerman, MN. This position is responsible for performing thorough cleaning services in residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and maintaining common areas.

Day-to-day tasks include ensuring that all assigned spaces meet company quality standards. The Cleaning Specialist will follow established checklists, use proper cleaning techniques and products, and report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.

The role involves punctual attendance, professional communication with clients and team members, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience with residential cleaning, including Home Cleaning and House Cleaning tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality cleaning standards.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies as required for the role.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites in and around the North Metro and beyond.
• Effective time management, ability to follow instructions, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
• Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
