Pay is determined by experience. The Asphalt Superintendent oversees the planning and execution of asphalt paving projects, managing multiple job sites and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards are met. This role involves coordinating a medium-sized team of 6 to 10 members and maintaining consistent communication with vendors and management. The superintendent reports directly to the Project Manager and Regional Superintendent and also liaises with the Operations Manager. Regular travel between job sites is expected to effectively supervise ongoing projects.
