FULL TIME

• *Greet guests upon arrival and departure
• *Handle guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately
• *Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information, make reservations and handle
• guest needs.
• *Manage accurate accounting of all rooms
• *Answer queries regarding the hotel’s services, charges
• *Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next
• shift.
• ***Requirements
• *Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• *Must be sales-minded
• *Highly responsible and reliable
• *Must have dependable transportation to and from work
• *Must be professional and courteous
• *Computer literate, ability to operate all Front desk equipment
• *Previous hotel knowledge preferred but will train the right person.
• *Must complete a Background check

• **MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SHIFTS 7am-3pm 3pm-11pm, 11pm- 7am
• **MUST BE FLEXABLE AND OPEN TO WORK ANY DAY OF THE WEEK INCLUDING HOLIDAY'S

Required education:

• High school or equivalent
• Required experience:
• Customer Service: 1 year.
