Job Summary:
Delphic is seeking a Staff Full-Stack Developer to be a pivotal member of their engineering team, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust applications for their innovative financial and technology products. The role involves both front-end and back-end development, leveraging AI tools and AWS infrastructure to enhance product offerings and ensure high-quality software delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Design and Develop Full-Stack Solutions: Lead the development of new features and enhancements across the entire software stack, from database to user interface.
• Leverage AI Development Tools: Actively explore and integrate AI development tools (such as Cursor) to increase productivity, improve code quality, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Build High-Performance APIs: Develop and maintain robust and scalable back-end services using FastAPI.
• Craft Engaging User Interfaces: Create dynamic, responsive, and intuitive front-end applications using Vue.js.
• Manage Cloud Infrastructure: Apply your understanding of AWS infrastructure to deploy, monitor, and optimize applications in a cloud environment.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product, design, and other engineering teams to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Champion Best Practices: Advocate for and implement clean code principles, testing strategies, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and Optimize: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, and optimize application performance and scalability.
• Mentor and Grow: Share your knowledge and expertise with junior developers, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Demonstrated experience with or a strong desire and aptitude to quickly learn and effectively utilize AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity.
• Deep proficiency in designing and building RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
• Strong expertise in developing modern, reactive front-end applications with Vue.js (including Vue 3).
• Solid understanding of core AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC) and experience deploying and managing applications within AWS.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and ORM frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues across the stack.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile team environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and takes full ownership of projects from conception to deployment and maintenance.
