Job description
Delivery Manager – 2
Job Title: Manager, Credit Card Engagement & Retention
Location Address: 100 Yonge Street 9th Floor (100Y-5)
Hybrid: 2 days in-office (will increase to 4 days in future)
Anchor days: Tuesday and Wednesdays (Flexible)
Contract Duration: 08/04/2026 to 08/03/2027
Possibility of extension: Yes, based on performance and business needs
Conversion to FTE: May be, based on performance and business needs
Number of Positions: 1
Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week.
Must have skills:
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Payments, Product Management, or related roles
• Previous experience as Squad Lead by taking ownership of day-to-day coordination, allowing focus on cross-squad strategy, prioritization, and dependency management
• Recent experience with Project management skills and worked on complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization
Nice to have:
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and squad-based delivery models
• Previous experience with the Banks and financial institutions with understanding of credit card products.
Best VS. Average Candidate:
The ideal candidate needs to have recent experience managing or delivering projects within Marketing, Payments, Product Management, or related roles. Excellent communication skills with proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives and align diverse stakeholders is critical for the role.
