What You'll Do

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to wedding venues and catering halls
• Identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities
• Book strategy calls with venue owners
• Build relationships with hospitality business owners
• Track outreach activity in CRM
• Follow up consistently with prospects
• Help grow Del Priore Hospitality’s client base

What Success Looks Like

• 75–150 outbound calls per day
• Consistent meeting bookings
• Strong pipeline development
• Closed deals each month
• Growth into leadership opportunities as the team expands

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable making cold calls daily
• Resilient with rejection
• Self-starter mentality
• Competitive mindset
• Willingness to learn and improve

Bonus Experience (Not Required)

• Sales or outbound prospecting
• Cold calling experience
• Hospitality or events industry knowledge
• CRM tools
