At Deka Lash Stonebridge Ranch, we don't just apply lashes-we create confidence. Our goal is to provide every client with a frictionless, enjoyable experience that leaves them feeling beautiful inside and out. If you're a licensed Lash Artist with a love for artistry, growth, and people, we'd love to meet you.
Main Responsibilities include:
  • Client Care & Services: Lash extensions, brow lamination, tinting, sugaring, facials, upselling, client education
  • Studio Operations: Sanitation, check-in/out, team support, studio upkeep
  • Professional Growth: Training, ongoing skill development, world-class service standards
Requirements include:
  • Must-Haves: Esthetician/cosmetology license, willingness to learn Deka Lash techniques, availability evenings/weekends, previous lash experience (required)
  • Nice-to-Haves: Sales experience, lash and/or brow certification, prior lash application experience
  • Soft Skills: Punctual, friendly, team-oriented, growth mindset
