Are you passionate about serving delicious treats and providing exceptional customer service? Do you have a sweet tooth and a friendly smile to match? If so, we want you to join our team as a Retail Team Member at Deerfields Bakery.

Job Description:

As a Retail Team Member, you will be the face of Deerfields Bakery, assisting customers with their bakery selections, answering questions about our products, and ensuring that every customer has a wonderful experience. You will ring up purchases, handle cash transactions, and help keep our bakery clean and organized. Your infectious enthusiasm and positive attitude will make every customer feel welcome and appreciated.

In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will also assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and helping to fulfill online orders. You will work closely with our bakery team to ensure that we have a wide variety of fresh-baked goods available for our customers to enjoy.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Previous retail or food service experience is a plus
