Starting Pay: $19.00/hour

Schedule: Rotating shifts, weekends required (24/7 operations)

We are a growing industrial manufacturing facility located in Gulfport, Mississippi preparing to begin full production and build our operations team. This is an exciting time for our company as we transition into full operations and continue to grow. Our facility operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and we are building a team of hardworking, dependable employees who take pride in their work and want to grow with the company long-term.

The Plant Operations Technician is responsible for supporting plant operations, operating equipment, monitoring production processes, moving materials, and helping ensure the facility operates safely and efficiently. This position plays an important role in day-to-day plant operations and production.

This position is a hands-on role in an industrial plant environment and requires employees to work rotating shifts and weekends.

Operate plant equipment and assist with production processes

Monitor equipment and production operations during shift

Move materials throughout the facility as needed

Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures, policies, and plant rules

Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or production problems

Assist other operators and team members as needed

Complete basic production and equipment documentation

Support plant start-up, shutdown, and operational activities

Help maintain housekeeping and organization throughout the facility

Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly

Industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, mechanical, or equipment experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment

Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance required

Willingness to learn equipment and plant operations

Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed

Ability to work both indoors and outdoors

Basic mechanical skills are a plus

Forklift or equipment experience is a plus but not required

Position is on-site at our Gulfport, Mississippi facility

Facility operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week

Industrial environment including equipment, noise, dust, and outdoor/indoor work areas

Must be able to stand, walk, and work for extended periods

Must be able to lift, push, and move materials and equipment as needed
