Job Summary:
As our Food Service Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining services, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality meals and exceptional dining experiences. You will lead a team of culinary professionals and work closely with our nursing and administrative staff to provide comprehensive care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and direct the daily operations of our food service department

• Manage a team of cooks, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation

• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents

• Conduct food safety and sanitation audits and implement corrective actions as needed

• Collaborate with our nursing and administrative staff to ensure that our residents receive the care and services they need

• Monitor and manage food inventory, equipment, and supplies

• Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Experience in food service management

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, nutrition, or related field preferred

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards
