Our operational model is centered around supportive administrative structures, enabling you to focus on what you do best—helping individuals improve their mental health. Enjoy a culture that fosters teamwork and camaraderie, where each member of the staff contributes positively to the client experience and workplace morale.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will focus on providing mental health support to a wide range of clients, specifically individuals aged 9 through adulthood. You will leverage your clinical skills to address various mental health issues, drawing from a comprehensive understanding of therapeutic and preventative techniques. Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • Ability to maintain necessary Professional Liability Insurance as required to practice in Washington State.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, emotional resilience, and a strong capability to support patients facing mental health challenges.
Preferred Experience

Applicants should ideally have at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating familiarity with therapeutic interventions suitable for a diverse patient demographic. Experience in community mental health settings or similar environments will be extremely beneficial to ensure a smooth transition into our practice.
