Daybright is currently seeking a Operations Associate to join our Individual Financial Solutions Segment located in Wayne, PA. Be part of a team of thought leaders and seasoned benefits and retirement planning professionals.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to support the back-office functions of our proprietary investment product. This role is critical to ensure accurate processing, timely follow-up, and high-quality client service. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance or related field preferred).
  • Excellent sales and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
  • Need to have or be willing to obtain (KMC will sponsor):


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support daily back-office operations related to our proprietary investment product
  • Assist clients with login access and general account-related questions
  • Review, process, and track client paperwork for accuracy and collectedness
  • Process and track check deposits and incoming funds
  • Handle transfer requests, including processing, monitoring status, and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is properly stored
  • Provide internal and external client service support as needed
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues or obtain missing information
  • Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned


PERSONAL SKILLS & CULTURAL FIT:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe (PDF review and editing)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment


INDUSTRY SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE (PREFERRED):

  • Prior experience in financial services, operations, or back-office support.
  • Familiarity with investment products, account processing, or custodial platforms.
  • Experience handling sensitive or confidential client information.
