The Productions Manager supports the State Farm independent contractor agent’s office by coordinating activity goals, assisting with marketing initiatives, and tracking business production results across multiple product lines.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on production metrics.
  • Coordinate lead follow-up and customer communications.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Assist with internal goal-setting and tracking.

Qualifications:
