Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in Warren, OH. The Insurance Agent will meet with prospective and existing clients, assess their coverage needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound inquiries, preparing quotes, and explaining policy details in a clear and accessible manner. The role involves processing applications, maintaining accurate client records, and following up on renewals and policy changes. The Insurance Agent will also collaborate with agency staff to ensure a smooth customer experience, resolve issues, and support agency growth through consistent, ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Insurance products and coverage options, with the ability to explain policies and terms clearly.
• Experience in Insurance Brokerage or working with multiple carriers to provide competitive client options.
• Basic Finance understanding to discuss premiums, deductibles, and coverage limits responsibly.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and timely follow-up.
• State insurance licensing (or eligibility and willingness to obtain required licenses promptly).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing applications, documentation, and client records.
• Comfort with using agency management software, email, and basic office technology.
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
