Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade financial modeling, reporting, and analytics solutions.
- Build robust software systems using Java, Scala, Angular, and modern development technologies while adhering to SDLC best practices, code quality, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver innovative technology solutions aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and AI-driven development practices (GenAI, Copilot, etc.) to enhance automation and reporting capabilities.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams while promoting technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Promote Agile methodologies, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery.
Required Technical Skills: - 8-15 years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development expertise in Java and Scala.
- Deep understanding of databases, including Snowflake, data structures, and query languages.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, design patterns, and modern SDLC practices.
- Proven experience building and scaling enterprise-level applications, preferably in cloud environments.
- Experience leveraging GenAI, Copilot, or AI/ML tools for development automation or reporting.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience leading engineering teams and managing stakeholders in a global environment.
- Business domain exposure within finance, investment banking, or related industries.
