Job description

Technical Implementation Consultant | Banking / Fintech | (SaaS/BaaS/Cloud)

You must be living in or around Charlotte to be considered

Salary - $140,000-160,000 USD

We’re working with one of the most exciting banking infrastructure platforms in the market right now.

Built from the ground up to power a highly successful digital bank, this cloud-native platform is now being rolled out globally to help financial institutions modernise their operations and scale.

They’re now investing heavily in the US and building out the initial team.

This is where you come in.

This isn’t a typical delivery role.

You’ll sit at the intersection of client, product, and engineering, working directly with banks to:

  • shape solutions
  • lead complex implementations
  • and influence product direction

You’ll be involved from early-stage conversations through to full delivery, owning a key workstream across large-scale programmes (onboarding, payments, cards etc).

What they’re looking for:

  • Client-facing experience (consulting or tech environment)
  • Exposure to financial services and technology delivery
  • Experience running workshops, demos, or discovery sessions
  • Comfortable operating across complex, multi-stakeholder programmes
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a structured approach

Why this is interesting:

  • Early US hire in a globally scaling business
  • Opportunity to shape both delivery and product in a new market
  • Work directly with banks on large-scale transformation programmes
  • Blend of strategy, product, and execution
