ERP Manager <>Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead ERP operations, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring ERP systems support business needs, providing data-driven insights, and enabling informed decision-making. Candidates must have strong ERP experience, SQL reporting skills, and exposure to BI tools. Knowledge of the Infor OS ecosystem (Infor M3, ION, Data Lake, Ming.le, APIs) is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and support ERP system operations, including upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and configure ERP solutions that meet operational needs.
- Lead reporting and business intelligence initiatives to deliver actionable insights for decision-making.
- Use SQL for data extraction and analysis to support reporting and dashboards.
- Design and maintain reports, KPIs, and dashboards using BI tools.
- Partner with supply chain, operations, and finance teams to streamline processes and improve system usage.
- Work with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to implement new features and resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and system adoption.
- Mentor and support team members working on ERP, reporting, and data analysis initiatives.
- Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on ERP experience is required (implementation, configuration, or support).
- SQL experience for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Experience with EDI or ERP integrations.
- Knowledge of cloud-based ERP platforms and integration methods.
- Familiarity with automation workflows or low-code/no-code tools
- Familiarity with supply chain, distribution, or inventory processes.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work cross-functionally.
Exposure to Infor OS ecosystem tools such as Infor M3, ION, Data Lake, Ming.le, Document Management, APIs.
