The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for our clients. This person will handle transferring, creates tickets, and handling projects such as inputting data.

Responsibilities

• Answer and Direct Calls
• Keep records of customer interactions 
• Input Data 
• Assist our Customer Service Team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or relevant work experience
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
