Job description

Project Coordinator- Rebar

Dass Rebar

In-Office | Vaughan, ON, Canada

At Dass Rebar, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to support multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage up to 10 construction projects simultaneously

  • Review and interpret construction drawings

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and execution

  • Communicate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders

  • Ensure all assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and on time

  • Conduct site visits as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry

  • Experience maintaining project dashboards and KPI tracking.

  • Experience in rebar fabrication is considered an asset

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Bluebeam

  • Valid G driver’s license (required for site visits)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work flexible hours

  • Capable of performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines

  • Documentation and audit-ready record-keeping practices.

  • Resource capacity monitoring and capacity planning skills.

  • Growth mindset with a track record of self-improvement and learning.
