ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm Claims Adjuster, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding coverage, customer needs, and how to truly help people when it matters most. I attended the University of Illinois in Champaign and am a proud parent of two. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, golfing, and staying activesnowboarding used to be a favorite before moving to the Midwest.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Danny Chung - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
