Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting senior executives in their day-to-day operations? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Executive Assistant at Dakota Storage in Milbank, SD.
Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
Assist with Purchasing and ensure processes are organized, documented, and efficient
Vendor communication and order tracking that are timely and accurate
Ensure Invoices, expenses, and financial records are processed and maintained consistently
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings and projects.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, managing mail, and greeting visitors.
- Prior experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
