About the Role:
Daisy Mgmt LLC is seeking a dedicated Superintendent to join our dynamic team in Queens, NY. This exciting opportunity allows you to oversee building operations and ensure our properties maintain the highest standards. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of residential.
- Manage maintenance staff and coordinate repair schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Conduct regular property inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for efficient service.
- Prepare and manage budgets for property maintenance and improvements.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
- Implement and enforce property policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in property management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and repair processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid New York State driver’s license.
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
