Le Specialiste des Medias Numeriques est responsable de la planification, de la creation et de l'execution de programmes de publicite numerique integres pour les clients cles du Groupe DAC. Cette personne sera responsable des strategies et des activites fonctionnelles en relation avec la livraison efficace des programmes principaux des clients, qui incluent la recherche payante, les medias sociaux payants,video,programmtiqueet d'autres canaux essentiels a l'offre de base du Groupe DAC.

CeQueVous Ferez

  • Devenir un expert en medias payants.
  • Produire des rapports hebdomadaires/mensuels, couvrant tous les canaux de medias payants et les donnees de performance.
  • Travailler en collaboration, coordonner et communiquer avec les partenaires internes et externes.
  • Fournir une analyse continue et un suivi des campagnesavec un il pour etendre et ameliorer proactivement les campagnes en fonction des besoins commerciaux des clients.
  • Construire, lancer, optimiser et maintenir des campagnes de recherche payante et d'affichage via GoogleAds,MicrosoftAds, YouTube,Meta, Pinterest et d'autres plateformes.
  • Conduire des tests detextesetd'annoncesselonles meilleures pratiques pour ameliorer les performances.
  • Effectuer des recherches de mots-cles, de placements et desetudesdeperformancepour ajouter des elements aux campagnes nouvelles et existantes.
  • Effectuer l'implementation necessaire du suivi des conversions avec l'aide de notre equipe de Science Marketing. Apprendre a gerer les campagnes via CM360. Comprendre les tenants et les aboutissants de Google Analytics.
  • Effectuer le controle qualite sur la configuration des campagnes et apres le lancement des campagnes.

  • 2 a 4 ans d'experience pratique dans la gestion de campagnes de recherche payante, de medias sociaux payants,de programmatiqueet de video. Une experience en agence dans les medias de performance est preferee. Venez a l'entrevue prepare a discuter de ce que vous avez fait pour ameliorer les KPIs.
  • Bilinguisme requis: Vous maitrisez le francais et l'anglais pour evoluer avec aisance dans des projets locaux et internationaux.

  • Demontrer la capacite de tirer des rapports et de fournir des insights et observations sur la performance des campagnes a un niveau eleve.
  • Suivre avec precision et maintenir les budgets a travers les campagnes et sur plusieurs moteurs de recherche.
  • Fournir des estimations de trafic et de cout.
  • Creer des campagnes qui englobent plusieurs emplacements/geoset lignes d'affaires.
  • Demontrer la capacite de creer des campagnes quiqui s'alignent a la fois sur les meilleures pratiques actuelles et sur les buts et objectifs des clients.

Position Summary

TheDigital Media Specialistis responsible forthe planning, creation, and execution of integrated digital advertising programs for key DAC Group clients. This individual will be accountable for the strategies and functional activities as they relate to the effective delivery of core client programs that include paid search, paid social,video,programmatic, and other critical channels to DAC Group's core offering.

WhatYou'llDo

  • Become an expert inpaid media.
  • Produce weekly/monthly reports, covering all paid media channels & performance data.
  • Work collaboratively, coordinate and communicate with internal and external partners.
  • Provide ongoing analysis and monitoring ofcampaigns with an eye to proactivelyexpandingandimprovingcampaigns based on client business needs.
  • Build, launch,optimizeandmaintainpaid search & display campaigns via Google Ads,Microsoft Ads,YouTube,Meta, Pinterest & other platforms.
  • Conduct search ad copy &ad testing per best practice to drive performance improvements.
  • Conductkeyword, placement &performanceresearch to make additions to new and existing campaigns.
  • Perform necessary conversion tracking implementation withassistancefrom our Marketing Science team. Learn how to traffic campaigns through CM360. Understandinsand outs of Google Analytics.
  • Perform QA on campaign set-up and post-campaign launch.

What You Bring

  • 2-4years of hands-on experience managing paid search / paid social /programmatic/ video campaigns. Agency background in performance media preferred. Come to the interview prepared to talk about what you did to improve KPIs.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) required
  • Involvement in leading clientrelationship, contributing to strategy,and client presentations.
  • Good communicationskills.Understanding ofhow to distill message to its key points. Ability to adaptmessagetoaudience.
  • Ability to master and use a 3rd party bid management platforms (e.g., SearchAds360)
  • Demonstrateabilityto build campaign structures on Google and Microsoft Ads that follow client's business needs and search best practice.
  • Demonstrateabilityto pull reports and provide insights and observations on campaign performance ata high level.
  • Accurately track andmaintainbudgets across campaigns and on multiple searchplatforms.
  • Provide traffic and cost estimates.
  • Create campaigns that encompass multiple locations / geos and lines of business.
  • Demonstrateabilityto create campaigns thatalign to both current best practices as well as client goals and objectives.
  • Provide in-depth optimization suggestions based on account performance.
  • Perform ad copy testing.
  • Perform testing against various ad extensions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Adsfeatures and how they can be effectively integrated into campaigns.
  • Ability to download data into Excel, performVLookups, create Pivot Tables and charts. Solid understanding of how to visualize data for ease of comprehension.
  • Most importantly, a sense of ownership over your managed campaigns. Attention to detail and diligence in execution.
