Job description
- Measure and weigh raw materials according to batch specifications
- Operate batching equipment such as mixers, scales, and control systems
- Record batch data, including quantities, times and any deviations
- Monitor batching processes to ensure consistency and quality
- Follow production formulas, recipes, or mix designs precisely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of batching area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Communicate with production and quality control teams regarding batch status
- Ability to lift heavy materials (25-50 lbs or more)
- Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
- Ability to work in environment with dust, heat
