The Opportunity: We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to play a key role in the long-term growth of our Agent teams. This is not a traditional recruiting role - it is a highly strategic and proactive opportunity for someone who thrives on headhunting, talent mapping, and building strong pipelines long before a role even opens. Your focus will be on continuous headhunting, year-round pipeline development, strengthening Dulcedo's position as an employer of choice, and developing a deep understanding of the agency, talent, and creative market landscape. Reporting directly to our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work hand in hand to design creative, innovative, and high-impact talent strategies.

In this role, your success will not be measured only by hires or Hiring Manager partnerships, but by your market intelligence, credibility, and strategic foresight. Thanks to you, we stay ahead of the market and build the right relationships before the need becomes urgent.

Ce poste n'est pas un role de recrutement traditionnel, c'est encore mieux. Il s'agit d'un role 100 % strategique et proactif, axe sur : la chasse de tete continue, le developpement de pipelines a l'annee, le positionnement de Dulcedo comme employeur de choix et la comprehension fine de l'ecosysteme des agences, talents et marches creatifs. Te rapportant directement a notre Gestionnaire en Recrutement, vous travaillerez main dans la main dans l'etablissement de strategies creatives, innovantes et percutantes.

Core Expectations
  • Identify, approach, and engage high-potential Agent and other profiles through proactive and targeted headhunting efforts.
  • Map key markets such as Montreal, Toronto, New York, Los Angeles, and beyond, while analyzing competitor ecosystems.
  • Become the internal go-to expert on who's doing what, where, and why across the industry.
  • Build and maintain meaningful, long-term relationships with rare, high-potential, and ambitious talent year-round.
  • Position Dulcedo as an employer of choice through a credible, thoughtful, and authentic outreach approach.
  • Build living, qualified pipelines that can be activated at any time, eliminating reactive hiring.
  • Contribute high-quality, strategically identified talent to support the majority of our open roles.
  • Read between the lines of the market: anticipate moves, detect early signals, and spot talent before the competition does.
  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to turn market intelligence into concrete hiring decisions.
  • Maintain a clear and structured view of all leads and pipelines in our ATS (Lever).
    Make a direct impact on Dulcedo's growth without being evaluated solely on number of hires.

  • Creer et entretenir des relations humaines durables avec des talents rares, brillants et ambitieux - toute l'annee.
  • Faire rayonner Dulcedo comme employeur de choix grace a une approche credible, intelligente et authentique.
  • Construire des pipelines vivants, qualifies et activables a tout moment (fin du recrutement en mode urgence).
  • Alimenter la majorite des ouvertures de postes avec des profils headhuntes reflechis et alignes.
  • Lire entre les lignes du marche : anticiper les mouvements, detecter les signaux faibles et reperer les talents avant la concurrence.
  • Collaborer etroitement avec l'equipe Talent Acquisition pour transformer l'intelligence marche en decisions concretes.
  • Maintenir une vue d'ensemble claire et structuree de tous tes leads via notre ATS (Lever).
  • Avoir un impact direct sur la croissance de Dulcedo, sans etre evalue uniquement sur le nombre d'embauches.
Your Profile / Ton Profil
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in recruiting, headhunting, or executive search, or a strong background in sales or business development with a highly relationship-driven approach.
  • A true hunter mindset: you know the best talent does not apply - they are engaged and won over.
  • Proven experience building talent pipelines before roles officially open.
  • Strong comfort engaging with mid- to senior-level profiles in high-value, strategic conversations.
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to craft outreach messages that get responses - not spam.
  • A natural talent for turning a first conversation into a long-term relationship.
  • A Type A personality: structured, methodical, performance-driven, and optimization-oriented.
  • Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search, advanced outbound strategies, and follow-up practices.
  • Experience working with ATS platforms and a clear understanding of the importance of clean, structured pipelines.
  • Professional fluency in English is required to thrive in our North American environment; bilingualism in English and French is considered a strong asset.
  • A genuine interest in the creative industries, entertainment, and talent management.
    Strong motivation for a clear compensation structure made up of base salary plus bonus, aligned with impact.

  • Experience avec des ATS et une comprehension claire de l'importance des pipelines propres.
  • Une maitrise professionnelle de l'anglais est requise pour evoluer dans notre environnement nord-americain, et le bilinguisme anglais-francais est considere comme un atout important.
  • Un interet marque pour les industries creatives, le divertissement et la gestion de talents.
