The Opportunity: We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to play a key role in the long-term growth of our Agent teams. This is not a traditional recruiting role - it is a highly strategic and proactive opportunity for someone who thrives on headhunting, talent mapping, and building strong pipelines long before a role even opens. Your focus will be on continuous headhunting, year-round pipeline development, strengthening Dulcedo's position as an employer of choice, and developing a deep understanding of the agency, talent, and creative market landscape. Reporting directly to our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work hand in hand to design creative, innovative, and high-impact talent strategies.

  • Identify, approach, and engage high-potential Agent and other profiles through proactive and targeted headhunting efforts.
  • Map key markets such as Montreal, Toronto, New York, Los Angeles, and beyond, while analyzing competitor ecosystems.
  • Become the internal go-to expert on who's doing what, where, and why across the industry.
  • Build and maintain meaningful, long-term relationships with rare, high-potential, and ambitious talent year-round.
  • Position Dulcedo as an employer of choice through a credible, thoughtful, and authentic outreach approach.
  • Build living, qualified pipelines that can be activated at any time, eliminating reactive hiring.
  • Contribute high-quality, strategically identified talent to support the majority of our open roles.
  • Read between the lines of the market: anticipate moves, detect early signals, and spot talent before the competition does.
  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to turn market intelligence into concrete hiring decisions.
  • Maintain a clear and structured view of all leads and pipelines in our ATS (Lever).
    Make a direct impact on Dulcedo's growth without being evaluated solely on number of hires.

Your Profile / Ton Profil
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in recruiting, headhunting, or executive search, or a strong background in sales or business development with a highly relationship-driven approach.
  • A true hunter mindset: you know the best talent does not apply - they are engaged and won over.
  • Proven experience building talent pipelines before roles officially open.
  • Strong comfort engaging with mid- to senior-level profiles in high-value, strategic conversations.
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to craft outreach messages that get responses - not spam.
  • A natural talent for turning a first conversation into a long-term relationship.
  • A Type A personality: structured, methodical, performance-driven, and optimization-oriented.
  • Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search, advanced outbound strategies, and follow-up practices.
  • Experience working with ATS platforms and a clear understanding of the importance of clean, structured pipelines.
  • Professional fluency in English is required to thrive in our North American environment; bilingualism in English and French is considered a strong asset.
  • A genuine interest in the creative industries, entertainment, and talent management.
    Strong motivation for a clear compensation structure made up of base salary plus bonus, aligned with impact.

  • Une maitrise professionnelle de l'anglais est requise pour evoluer dans notre environnement nord-americain, et le bilinguisme anglais-francais est considere comme un atout important.
