Job description

About the Role:
DUDCO is looking for a hardworking and dependable Manual Laborer to join our team in Walnut Cove, NC. This is a great opportunity to be part of a hands-on crew where your work makes a real, visible impact every day. Responsibilities:
  • Perform physical labor tasks including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials
  • Assist crew members and supervisors with daily job site operations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
  • Operate basic hand tools and equipment as directed
  • Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company procedures
  • Complete tasks efficiently and accurately under the direction of a lead or supervisor
Requirements:
  • Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting up to 75+ lb
  • MUST HAVE A VALID NC DRIVER'S LICENSE
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
  • Previous manual labor, construction, or labor-related experience PREFERRED
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong attention to safety and workplace guidelines
  • Must be able to stand, bend, and move for extended periods throughout the shift
