About Us:

DTN Construction is an active General Building Contractor (Class B) operating in the San Jose and Greater Bay Area. We specialize in residential remodeling, landscaping, and custom home additions. As our pipeline of local residential projects continues to scale, we are establishing a reliable roster of skilled, independent subcontractors for ongoing project-based and hourly work.

Available Scopes of Work:

We are looking for dedicated subcontractors across the following residential trades:

• Framing & Rough Carpentry
• Drywall Hanging, Taping, & Texture Finishing
• Tile Setting & Custom Bathroom/Kitchen Finishes
• Residential Landscaping & Fencing Crews
• Licensed MEP Trades (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC)

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

To fulfill California compliance standards and integrate with our projects, all applicants must meet the following baseline requirements:

1. Active CSLB License: Must hold an active, valid California Contractor’s License appropriate for your trade (Class B, C-structural, or specialty trade designation).
2. Insurance Coverage: Must maintain active Commercial General Liability insurance and valid Workers’ Compensation insurance (if you utilize your own crew). Willingness to add DTN Construction as an Additional Insured on your policy is mandatory.
3. Tools & Reliable Transportation: Must possess your own commercial-grade tools, safety equipment, and dependable transportation to and from local job sites.
4. Professionalism: Commitment to safety, clean job sites, maintaining strict schedules, and clear communication.
