Account Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English/Spanish) Account Manager to join our team based in Miami. This is a dual-role position that combines account management - building and maintaining strong client relationships - with business development - proactively driving new revenue opportunities in a competitive market.

What you'll do
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities across regional and international markets.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet company revenue goals.
- Utilize CRM platforms to track leads, client interactions, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide accurate forecasts, reports, and insights to leadership on market trends and business activity.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and conferences (travel up to 30%).
What you'll need
- Minimum 3 years of experience in both account management and business development, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and perform under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
