Job description

DSMC, INC is seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. As a sub-contractor for FedEx, you will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of packages to both residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

We are offering Full-Time & Part-Time positions!

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a wide variety of packages to residential and commercial customers on a designated route.
  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle.
  • Inspect and monitor the vehicle's condition and report any issues or concerns.
  • Adhere to assigned routes and time schedules.
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
  • Handle a physical workload, including lifting and moving packages up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields is preferred. We are willing to train the right person.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to handle a physical workload and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong sense of urgency and deadline-oriented.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to pass both Background check & drug test

Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (No Sundays)
