What Youll Do
- Engage directly with Costco members to promote and sell featured products.
- Provide top-notch customer service and create a fun, positive shopping experience.
- Set up and maintain attractive, compliant demo stations.
- Track sales and manage inventory for your promotions.
- Stay in the loop by checking updates and schedules from your manager.
- Join team check-ins or compliance calls as needed.
- Work independently in a self-paced, retail sales environment.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs multiple times per shift.
- Ability to transport and set up a folding table (2 x 4) from your vehicle to the store.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical setup/breakdown tasks.
Additional Information
- Bonus structure and performance targets are communicated weekly.
- Promoters may earn bonuses based on units sold (up to 100 units/day per product).
